The following packages include standard components: sound, lighting, setup, and stage management unless otherwise noted. So you don’t miss anything, please read about the terms and service charges at the bottom.

Road Race Packages

BASIC ROAD RACE PACKAGE – $200 ($50 deposit)
Music and announcing at either the start, finish, or a central location at your next road race. Your staff will be able provide loud, clear announcing and public address, and your runners can get geared up or wind down with some great music from our family-friendly playlist. We offer announcing service as part of the package, but please notify us and provide list of announcements and runners in advance.

START TO FINISH Package – $300 ($100 deposit)
Music and announcing at the START and FINISH lines, and sound for the award ceremony. We will setup two sound systems to run during your race, one at the starting line and one at the finish line. Your staff will be able provide loud, clear announcing and public address, and your runners can get geared up and wind down with some great music from our family-friendly playlist. You will also have a great sound system for the presentation of awards and raffle prizes, whether or not it’s in the same location as the finish. We offer announcing service as part of the package, but please notify us and provide list of announcements and runners in advance.

Concert + party packages:

PARTY LIVE PACKAGE - $260 (deposit: $50)
We’ll bring live music to your party! Sound production for a band/musician. This package is for private parties. Price does not include performer fee, if necessary.

“YOU BE THE DJ!” PACKAGE – $225 (deposit: $50)
A perfect alternative to expensive DJs. You make up a killer playlist on your iPod, laptop or CDs, and we’ll provide the killer sound system plus lighting!  We’ll run the whole thing, so all you have to do is provide the music. This package is for private parties. We can also provide a standard family-friendly playlist, or current/classic top 40 playlists if you prefer to not provide music.

CONCERT PACKAGE – $500 (deposit: $150)
We’ll put on a concert for you. Great for festivals, club concerts, corporate/charity events, etc. This package is for public events, or corporate gatherings. Includes 24-channel mix, multiple separate monitor mixes, lighting, microphones, stage management, and house music.

ACOUSTIC/SMALL CONCERT PACKAGE – $300 (deposit: $75)
We’ll put on a small-venue concert for you (the price is lower because we use less equipment for smaller venues). Great for corporate/charity events, etc. This package is for public events, coffeehouses, small restaurants & bars, corporate gatherings, etc.

EVENT DJ & ANNOUNCEMENTS – $200 (deposit: $50)
Great music and PA for public events. Same as the ‘Basic Road Race’ package, just for events other than road races. Perfect for any number of events. You can provide the music, or we can play from our family-friendly playlist.

Corporate/other packages:

KEYNOTE PACKAGE – $150 ($50 deposit)
We’ll provide the sound for your keynote/guest speaker at a small to medium sized indoor venue. Time includes entire length of event, or how long the equipment must be in place for.

LARGE or OUTDOOR VENUE KEYNOTE PACKAGE – E-MAIL FOR QUOTE ($50 deposit)
For larger venues (outdoors, large halls, auditoriums, etc.) We’ll provide the sound for your keynote/guest speaker. Time includes entire length of event, or how long the equipment must be in place for.

PRESENTATION PACKAGE – $300 ($50 deposit)
All the things you need for your next big presentation. We’ll take care of projector and screen rentals, and we’ll operate all the equipment. Includes sound production for presentation. Additional A/V equipment rental fee will apply if it is not provided by client.

FULL FESTIVAL PRODUCTION – work with us to put together an entire music or arts festival! We’ll take care of everything so you don’t have to, then you present an awesome event. Email us to discuss your idea and get a quote. Minimum of 6 month planning period required.

ADDITIONAL FEES:
These are service fees and do not include any costs related to the actual rental of a venue or payment of a performer.

+$35 per hour after 5 hours (for all events except “Concert Package”)

+$55 per hour after 5 hours for “Concert Package”

+$25 band/musician/guest speaker booking fee

+$50 venue booking fee

Travel surcharges: All distances are from Plymouth, MA 02360 (center, as indicated on Google Maps). There are no additional charges for distances 0-59 miles from Plymouth.

+$50 for 60-79 miles
+$85 for 80-99 miles
+$200 for 100-149 miles (deposit: $100)
+$300 for 150-200 miles (deposit: 1/2 total cost)

Terms & conditions:

All packages include a deposit that must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. The balance must be paid on the day of the event. A legally binding contract will be signed upon order. Any refunds will be issued at the discretion of the company. All fees are negotiable and subject to change without notice – however, a fee will not change for a client once a contract is signed, even if the company’s rate changes. Acceptable payment includes: Cash, personal check, money order. Credit card payment can only be made before the day of the event through PayPal. Brewster Productions reserves the right to refuse business for any reason, and to cancel any contracted job if deposit payment is not received on time.
