So you’re hoping to throw that perfect sweet 16 party, or put on an awesome event for your charity. What better way to entertain all your guests or draw in donations than live music? Brewster Productions offers a great selection of affordable live entertainment, promotion, sound and lighting packages. We’ll do anything from helping you promote your event, to producing a full-on concert. We’ve got a veritable army of musicians we can call on – or you can pick the bands – and our talented and dedicated staff will make your event one that you’ll never forget.

The following packages include standard components: sound, lighting, setup, and stage management, unless otherwise noted.
Basic concert/party packages:
PARTY LIVE PACKAGE – $170 (deposit: $50)
We’ll bring live music to your party! This package is for private parties.
“YOU BE THE DJ!” PACKAGE – $170 (deposit: $50)
A perfect alternative to expensive DJs. You make up a killer playlist on your iPod, laptop or CDs, and we’ll provide the killer sound system plus lighting! We’ll run the whole thing, so all you have to do is provide the music. This package is for private parties. We can also provide a standard family-friendly playlist, or current/classic top 40 playlists if you prefer to not provide music.
CONCERT PACKAGE – $150* (deposit: $50)
We’ll put on a concert for you. Great for corporate/charity events, etc. This package is for public events, or corporate gatherings.
* $150 with no admission fee; if admission is charged, then our fee is 40% of the door after recoup ($150).
ACOUSTIC/SMALL CONCERT PACKAGE – $120* (deposit: $50)
We’ll put on a small-venue concert for you (the price is lower because we use less equipment for smaller venues). Great for corporate/charity events, etc. This package is for public events, or corporate gatherings.
* $120 with no admission fee; if admission is charged, then our fee is 30% of the door after recoup ($130).
PILGRIM PACKAGE – $120* (discount for Plymouth resident bands/musicians – $110 for acoustic/small package)
Same as the concert package, only for Plymouth residents (ID required).
* $120 with no admission fee; if admission is charged, then our fee is 15% of the door after recoup ($120).

Road Race Packages
(Looking to plan a road race from start to finish? Work with JB Road Race Management [long-standing, very reputable local company - independent from us], and have us do the sound! We’ll give you a 10% discount on our sound production – it’s the perfect package deal)
START TO FINISH Package – $200 ($50 deposit)
Music and announcing at the START and FINISH lines, and sound for the award ceremony. We will setup two sound systems to run during your race, one at the starting line and one at the finish line. Your staff will be able provide loud, clear announcing and public address, and your runners can get geared up and wind down with some great music from our family-friendly playlist. You will also have a great sound system for the presentation of awards and raffle prizes, whether or not it’s in the same location as the finish. Remember, we offer great discounts for charities and non-profits, so ask us about that.
BASIC ROAD RACE PACKAGE – $120 ($50 deposit)
Music and announcing at either the start, finish, or a central location at your next road race. Your staff will be able provide loud, clear announcing and public address, and your runners can get geared up or wind down with some great music from our family-friendly playlist. Remember, we offer great discounts for charities and non-profits, so ask us about that.

Corporate/other packages:
KEYNOTE PACKAGE – $100 ($50 deposit)
We’ll provide the sound for your keynote/guest speaker. Lighting not included. Add $50 for large venue events (outdoors, large halls, etc.). Time includes entire length of event, or how long the equipment must be in place for.
PRESENTATION PACKAGE – $100 ($50 deposit)
All the things you need for your next big presentation. We’ll take care of projector and screen rentals, and we’ll operate all the equipment. Includes sound production for presentation. Lighting not included. Additional A/V equipment rental fee will apply if it is not provided by client.

ADDITIONAL FEES:
These are service fees and do not include any costs related to the actual rental of a venue or payment of a performer.
+$25 per hour after 5 hours
+$50 band/musician/guest speaker booking fee
+$20 venue booking fee
Travel surcharges: All distances are from Plymouth, MA 02360 (center, as indicated on Google Maps). There are no additional charges for distances 0-59 miles from Plymouth.
+$50 for 60-79 miles
+$70 for 80-99 miles
+$100 for 100-149 miles
+$150 for 150-200 miles
Terms & conditions:
All packages include a deposit that must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. The balance must be paid on the day of the event. A legally binding contract will be signed upon order. Any refunds will be issued at the discretion of the company. All fees are negotiable and subject to change without notice – however, a fee will not change for a client once a contract is signed, even if the company’s rate changes. Acceptable payment includes: Cash, personal check, money order. Credit card payment can only be made before the day of the event through PayPal. Brewster Productions reserves the right to refuse business for any reason, and to cancel any contracted job if deposit payment is not received on time.
