SCHOOL'S OUT

Hey everyone, sadly we must cancel tomorrow’s show (9/3) at the Hedge House Lawn due to the impending hurricane. Normally we don’t like to make a call based on weather forecasts, but this looks like it’s more a matter of whether it will be torrential rain, or torrential rain that knocks houses over. Lose, lose.

So stay tuned for a possible rescheduled final show of the summer (maybe next week?…maybe) – unfortunately such a show will not feature Lucas Carpenter, but keep an eye out for him in the area this fall.

Enjoy battening down your hatches tomorrow, and if the weather decides to go all New England on us and it doesn’t actually rain we’ll be having a few words with this so-called hurricane.

**Update!** The Lucas Carpenter show has been rescheduled to Friday, September 3rd. He’ll be closing out or 3rd season with a bang. Guaranteed to be an awesome show.

The charismatic and talented Lucas Carpenter will be bringing his infectious one-man-band pop to the School’s Out Summer Concert Series for the 2nd year in a row this AUGUST 25th September 3rd at the Hedge House.

Last year he made a stop here on tour with Mark Rose (formerly of Spitalfield), and he’s back again during his own headlining US tour. It’s going to be an amazing time, and trust me, you really don’t want to miss a Lucas Carpenter show, djembes, fifes and all. Watch some videos of him on YouTube, and then come down to the Hedge House @ 6pm 9/3 . Openers to be announced soon.
